What Are Meta Smart Glasses Replacement Lenses?

Meta smart glasses replacement lenses are optical lenses made to fit compatible Ray-Ban Meta, Oakley Meta, and Meta AI glasses. During installation, the existing lenses are replaced with a new matched pair made for the selected frame.

The frame electronics, cameras, speakers, microphones, Bluetooth, controls, charging case, and Meta AI features stay in place. Only the optical lenses change.

Rayzzol offers replacement lenses for customers who need prescription correction and for customers who want Plano, non-prescription lenses with different light-control features.

Single Vision: One corrective power for distance or near vision.

Plano: No corrective power. Use Plano for non-prescription clear, blue light, photochromic, tinted, or polarized lenses.

Lens Types

Lens type determines how your replacement lenses look and respond to light. Rayzzol organizes lens choices into four main groups.

Clear Lenses

Transparent everyday lenses for indoor and outdoor wear with a neutral appearance.

Blue Light Filter Lenses

Clear-looking lenses with blue-light filtering for screen-heavy routines and office use.

Photochromic Lenses

Lenses that return toward clear indoors and darken outdoors in changing light.

Sunglasses

Fixed outdoor shading with Tinted options, or Polarized options that reduce reflected glare.

Lens type Best for Notes
Clear Lenses Everyday prescription wear Neutral appearance
Blue Light Filter Lenses Office and screen-heavy routines Clear-looking lens with blue-light filtering
Photochromic Lenses Indoor-to-outdoor transitions Darkening varies by UV exposure, temperature, and environment
Tinted Sunglasses Consistent outdoor shading Fixed tint that stays dark
Polarized Sunglasses Driving, water, and bright reflected glare May affect how some LCD screens appear at certain angles

How to Read Your Prescription

Use a valid eyeglass prescription, not a contact lens prescription. Copy all values exactly, including plus and minus signs.

Prescription value What it means
SPH — Sphere Main lens power. A minus sign usually indicates nearsighted correction; a plus sign usually indicates farsighted correction.
CYL — Cylinder Astigmatism correction. If CYL is blank, AXIS is usually blank too.
AXIS Orientation of astigmatism correction, written from 1 to 180 degrees.
ADD — Addition Near-vision power used for Progressive lenses. Rayzzol Progressive lenses require an ADD value of +0.75 or higher.
PD — Pupillary Distance Measurement used to center the lenses in front of your pupils. PD is required for prescription orders.

How to Order

The Rayzzol product configurator collects the details needed to make lenses for your exact compatible smart glasses. Lens material is selected later in the flow, after prescription details are handled.

  1. Choose your compatible frame model. Match the style, model code, and lens size printed inside the temple arm.
  2. Choose your prescription type and lens type. Select Single Vision, Progressive, or Plano, then choose Clear, Blue Light Filter, Photochromic, or Sunglasses.
  3. Choose a lens color if needed. Sunglasses and Photochromic lenses may ask for a tint, polarized, or transition color option.
  4. Submit your prescription. Enter it online, upload a prescription file, or choose to send it later. Confirm the prescription details before continuing.
  5. Choose material, review, and place your order. Select a suitable material, add available upgrades, review the lenses-only product details, and complete checkout.

Lens Material Recommendations

Lens material affects lens thickness, weight, and appearance. Rayzzol recommends choosing material based on your total prescription power and the final optical review.

Material Recommended range Description
Standard
1.56 index
SPH from -2.00 to +2.00 A classic, lightweight plastic lens for lower prescriptions.
Durable
Polycarbonate
SPH from -4.00 to +4.00 A lightweight lens material with enhanced impact resistance for daily wear and active use.
Thin
1.67 index
SPH from -4.00 to +4.00 A slimmer, durable lens option. Customers with lower prescriptions may also choose Thin for a slimmer look.
Extra-thin
1.74 index
SPH above +4.00 or below -4.00 Recommended for stronger prescriptions. High-index lenses reduce thickness and weight for a slimmer, more comfortable pair of glasses.

Important: Choosing a higher-index material does not always produce a thinner-looking lens. Final thickness also depends on prescription strength, cylinder, PD, optical-center placement, and style shape.
