Overview

At Rayzzol, all lenses are custom-manufactured to order. This includes prescription, photochromic, and specialty lenses.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return policy differs from standard retail eyewear. We are committed to producing lenses accurately according to the specifications provided at checkout.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom prescription lenses are made specifically for you.

Rayzzol sells replacement lenses only. Frames are not included with any order.



90-Day Manufacturing Warranty

Rayzzol provides a 90-Day Manufacturing Warranty starting from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:
  • Incorrect prescription manufactured by us
  • Incorrect lens type produced
  • Coating defects
  • Optical manufacturing defects
  • Confirmed production errors
This warranty does NOT cover:
  • Incorrect prescription entered by the customer
  • Frame damage during installation
  • Improper installation
  • Accidental damage or misuse
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide a free one-time remake.



One-Time Free Remake Guarantee

You are eligible for a one-time free remake within 14 days of delivery if:
  • The prescription was entered correctly
  • The issue results from a verified production error
  • The lenses do not match the ordered specifications
Rayzzol may request:
  • A copy of your prescription
  • Photos or videos of the lenses
  • Order confirmation details


Customer Prescription Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring prescription accuracy before submission.

Rayzzol manufactures lenses exactly according to the prescription and product options selected at checkout.

If lenses are produced correctly according to the submitted prescription:
  • Free remake is not available
  • A discounted remake may be offered at our discretion
We strongly recommend reviewing your prescription carefully prior to purchase.

Non-Prescription (Plano) Lens Returns

For non-prescription (Plano) lenses only:
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization from Rayzzol Customer Support.
  • Lenses must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Because Rayzzol’s production facility is located overseas, approved returns may require international shipping.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.


Satisfaction Adjustment Policy

If you are not satisfied due to:
  • Tint darkness preference
  • Color tone preference
  • Personal visual adaptation
Within 14 days of delivery, you may choose:
  • A one-time remake (customer covers shipping if no manufacturing defect), or
  • A partial refund (amount determined case-by-case)
Full refunds are not available for custom prescription lenses due to subjective preference.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of packaging and product
Rayzzol will remake and reship the lenses at no cost once verified.


Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to the custom nature of the product.
If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately after purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.



Return Authorization Required

Do NOT send returns to the shipping address on your package.
All returns must be approved in advance by Rayzzol Customer Support.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued
Please allow 3–7 additional business days for your bank to process the transaction.


Compatibility Disclaimer

Rayzzol replacement lenses are designed for compatibility with selected Meta Ray-Ban models, including Wayfarer, Skyler, and Headliner. Rayzzol sells replacement lenses only. Frames are not included.

Rayzzol is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Ray-Ban.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct model during checkout. If an incorrect model is selected, standard remake policies apply.
